StreakPop operates StreakPop, a service for exploring public prediction-market data and calculations.

Information we use

When you create an account or sign in, Supabase processes your email address and password to authenticate you. Passwords are stored as secure hashes by Supabase. Our application uses your account identifier and session to provide access. For subscriptions, we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the selected plan, subscription status, billing-period dates, and processing records needed to keep access accurate. Stripe collects and processes payment details; our application does not store your full card number.

Cookies and your watchlist

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your watchlist is stored in your browser, stays on that browser, and is not synced to your account. Calculator settings and selected views appear in page URLs; anyone you share a link with can see those settings. We use temporary browser storage to return you to your selected view after checkout.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application and processes request and error logs. Supabase provides authentication and account data storage. Stripe handles subscriptions and payments. This release does not send sign-in, verification, or password-reset emails. Stripe may send billing emails according to its settings. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Public market information comes from Polymarket and Kalshi; opening their links takes you to their services and policies.

Usage analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, traffic sources (including which StreakPop ad brought a visit), pages viewed, product actions, return visits, and progress through signup and subscription. A browser identifier is stored locally; after sign-in, activity is associated with your account identifier. We do not send your email address, password, payment-card details, or authentication tokens to PostHog.

Session replays help us understand clicks and scrolling on the public market floor. Input values are masked, account and billing screens are excluded, and we do not record network request bodies, headers, or console logs. PostHog processes this analytics data in the United States. Turning analytics off applies to this browser; clearing browser storage resets that choice. A checkout opened while analytics is enabled may still send its payment-confirmation event after you leave the site.

How information is used and retained

We use account information to provide access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep billing records. We retain it while needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting, authentication, and analytics providers also keep records according to their configured retention settings. We do not sell your personal information. We use campaign labels to evaluate our ads; this integration does not send activity to X or install an X advertising pixel.

Your choices

You can sign out, clear your local watchlist in your browser, and manage your subscription through your account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some billing records may need to be retained after deletion. Clearing browser storage does not cancel a paid subscription.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email where appropriate.
