StreakPop operates StreakPop, a service for exploring public prediction-market data and calculations.

Information we use

When you create an account or sign in, Supabase processes your email address and password to authenticate you. Passwords are stored as secure hashes by Supabase. Our application uses your account identifier and session to provide access. For subscriptions, we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the selected plan, subscription status, billing-period dates, and processing records needed to keep access accurate. Stripe collects and processes payment details; our application does not store your full card number.

Cookies and your watchlist

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your watchlist is stored in your browser, stays on that browser, and is not synced to your account. Calculator settings and selected views appear in page URLs; anyone you share a link with can see those settings. We use temporary browser storage to return you to your selected view after checkout.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application and processes request and error logs. Supabase provides authentication and account data storage. Stripe handles subscriptions and payments. This release does not send sign-in, verification, or password-reset emails. Stripe may send billing emails according to its settings. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Public market information comes from Polymarket and Kalshi; opening their links takes you to their services and policies.

How information is used and retained

We use account information to provide access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep billing records. We retain it while needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting and authentication providers also keep operational records according to their configured retention settings. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers in this release.

Your choices

You can sign out, clear your local watchlist in your browser, and manage your subscription through your account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some billing records may need to be retained after deletion. Clearing browser storage does not cancel a paid subscription.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email where appropriate.
