These terms describe your use of StreakPop, operated by StreakPop.

What the service provides

StreakPop displays public prediction-market information, recent observed outcomes, and scenario calculations. It does not place trades, accept wagers, hold trading funds, or award prizes. Subscriptions purchase access to additional analysis and detail views.

Data and calculations

Quotes may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Records cover the fetched history window and are not all-time records. Calculations rely on the assumptions displayed with them; actual fees, fills, liquidity, and settlement timing may differ. Modeled returns are not realized performance, guarantees, or personalized financial advice. Previous results do not predict future outcomes.

Your account

Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and use the service lawfully. Email password resets are not available in this release. Do not interfere with the service, bypass subscription access controls, or misuse another person’s account. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.

Subscriptions

The current monthly price and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout. A subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can manage payment information, view invoices, and cancel through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation at the end of the paid billing period preserves access until that period ends. Failed or overdue payments may interrupt paid access.

Availability and third-party services

The beta may change and may experience outages. Third-party market links and services have their own eligibility requirements and terms. Verify information at the original source before making decisions.

Changes

We will communicate material changes to subscriptions or these terms through the service or your account email before they take effect where required. If you do not wish to continue a subscription, cancel it through your account.
